Product Functions

	Reclining Our patented reclining glide system providing a smooth and adaptive recline. It is effortless and reclines easily by applying your body weight. The chair provides lay-flat recline position like no other in the industry.
	Sizes for perfect fit Comfort seating is all about finding the optimal size and design. Our recliners are available in different sizes, designs and seat heights for perfect fit, regardless of body shape and size.
	Integrated footstool The long footrest can easily be unfolded by pulling the inside handle. To fold it in use the feet to press the footrest down and towards the chair and move your body weight forward while sitting.
	Head and neck support The easily adjustable headrest function, with an infinite number of comfort positions, provides ultimate support for your neck while reading, watching television or resting. Some models are also equipped with Telescopic function making it possible to move the headrest up and down.
	Dynamic lumbar support Anatomically correct shaped interior steel frame with high carbon sinuous springs and a patented built-in dynamic lumbar support system that ensures optimal lower back support regardless of reclining position.
	Swivel The patented advanced mechanism provides a smooth gliding function and swivel actions that easily rotate 360 degrees.

The H2 Guarantee

At H2 Seating, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products.

Our warranties reflect our commitment to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction:

Lifetime Warranty: Steel and wood frames are covered for life against breakage for the original purchaser, as long as the original upholstery remains intact.
10-Year Warranty: Molded foam cushions are warranted against collapse. This does not cover normal softening or compaction.
5-Year Warranty: Recliner mechanisms and moving parts are covered against breakage. Minor noise or uneven swivel mechanisms are excluded.
2-Year Warranty:
- Power Components: Motors and electronics.
- Upholstery: Leather is covered against tearing and cracking, and fabric is covered against seam slippage and fraying. Normal wear, fading, and natural markings are excluded.
General Warranty: All other materials, parts, and workmanship are covered for 2 years.

Warranty Conditions:

Proof of Purchase: To file a warranty claim, you must provide the original sales receipt or invoice to an authorized H2 Seating retailer.
Authorized Repairs: Faults or damage resulting from repairs by unauthorized persons or the use of non-original parts are not covered.
Batteries: Batteries are only warranted if used with H2 Seating products. The use of third-party batteries with H2 Seating products may void the entire warranty.
Exclusions: Warranties do not cover floor samples or products sold “AS IS” at the time of purchase.
Coverage Limitations: The warranty covers the cost and shipping of replacement parts. H2 Seating is not responsible for additional costs incurred during repairs, such as service or repair charges.

Proper Care:

Warranties are voided by improper care, misuse, or failure to perform regular maintenance (e.g., cleaning with approved products and tightening fasteners as necessary). For full details, please refer to our Warranty Policy
